We offer unique kinds of birth support and we make sure that all our packages are customizable to suit your particular needs.

Lactation support: Many times breastfeeding between a newborn and a new mom takes some work. Breastfeeding support from a lactation consultant is a great option for any mama.

Postpartum support: embracing parenthood with confidence.Postpartum support provides evidence based information on things such as infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, mom-baby bonding, and more. This also includes support from one of our licensed therapists.

Meal plans: BMHH offers customizable meal plans for each stage of birth.

Groups: Support groups are offered in person and virtually.
